1. Inspection Instructions

Please make sure to inspect the outer packaging of the product after receiving it. The package has the same display style as the VIP package on Night Love Mall, and the outer packaging is intact. You can sign for it with confidence

II. Receipt Instructions

In order to protect personal privacy, even if you sign for the product without a face-to-face inspection, if you find any quality problems with the product without using it, you can apply for an exchange service within 48 hours of signing for the product. Night Love Mall VIP will process the exchange for you as soon as possible

III. Precautions

If you find any problems with the product after signing for it, you can directly contact the Night Love Mall VIP service hotline, and we will handle the after-sales service for you as soon as possible. Please do not use the product after discovering the issue, so that Night Love Mall VIP can verify it for you
